What are jump parties like at Jump a roo?
Upon your arrival, you will be greeted by your personal party host who will facilitate your party for its duration. Last minute details of your party will be reviewed and waivers will be signed. At your scheduled event time, you will enter the inflatable arena for 1 hour and 15 minutes of fun. At the end of your playtime, you and your guests will be escorted to a private party room where you will enjoy the food and beverages that you have chosen for the event. Your party host will facilitate the opening of gifts if you chose to do so. She will also make a “gift list” for you to keep! After 45 minutes in your celebration room, your host will assist you in bringing gifts to your vehicle for you. You leave the mess behind. We will clean it up!!

 

How do I book an event?
You can fill out a reservation form on our website and we will respond to let you know if your chosen date and time are available. You may also call us or visit our location. A $100 non-refundable deposit is required to secure your date and time. This amount will be applied toward your package price. The balance due will be paid at the end of your party. We accept all major credit cards, debit cards and cash.
 
How far in advance do I need to book my event?
The sooner, the better!! Our weekend time slots fill up quickly. To ensure you get the date and time you want, it is advisable to book your event 2 months in advance. However, we will always try to accommodate even the most immediate need with an available time slot. Please remember, without a deposit your date and time are not reserved.
 
Will there be any staff to supervise the children during the party?
Your party is assigned a party host who will remain with your party for its scheduled time. They will help supervise safe play in the arena, serve food and beverages and facilitate the opening of gifts. However, parents are responsible for supervision of their children.
 
Can I bring my own food, drinks and decorations?
For your convenience, we provide paper products including plates, cups, napkins and spoons for the products included in your party package. The tables in our celebration rooms have tablecovers. However, you are welcome to provide your own themed partyware or cake if your choose. We do not allow any wall decorations to be brought in. No outside food or beverages may be brought in. We do not allow confetti or silly string at our facility.
 
What is your cancellation policy?
All deposits are non-refundable. However, if you cancel at least 2 weeks prior to your event, you can use your deposit toward another available date within the next 6 months. If you cancel less than 2 weeks before your event, you forfeit your deposit. As always, we will strive to work with you on any cancellation.
 
Who is allowed to play on the inflatables?
The inflatables are designed for ages 4 and up. Adults ARE allowed to play on the jumps with their children. We also have a toddler inflatable designed for ages 3 and under. Socks are REQUIRED for play on the inflatables. Any objects that could puncture the inflatables must be removed prior to playing.
 
How early should everyone arrive for the party?
The party family should arrive no more than 10 minutes prior to the start of your event to discuss last minute details and requests. Guests are encouraged to arrive on time to maximize their time in the jump arena.
 
How many children are allowed to participate in a jump party?
Each party package includes a specified number of child guests. Additional participants can be added for an additional cost. However, pizza orders can not be changed less than 24 hours prior to an event. Our goal is for you and your guests to have a safe and comfortable experience.
 
Do you charge for infants, small children, and siblings of party guests?
Any child that is mobile and taking an active part in the party and consuming ice cream and beverages will be considered a “guest” of the party and added to the guest list.
 
How many jump parties will be going on at the time of my party?
Our party packages include EXCLUSIVE use of the jump arena during your scheduled time. All party rooms are private. There may be other parties going on at Jump a Roo during your event, but parties are rotated so that space is not shared in the arena or party room.
